Our Asset Advisory Team is growing rapidly and has a track record of successful project delivery across the Water, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. We support our clients to help them drive performance and realise financial and social value through their assets management capability. We achieve the above by working with clients in a collaborative environment to provide strategic, resilient, sustainable, and innovative solutions to their performance issues. We work with client teams and stakeholders to unlock hidden data and provide insight into the performance of their asset base, helping them to work more effectively and make systems based, informed, and timely decisions.
As a member of our Asset Operations and Maintenance Team, you will typically be involved in:
- Developing system-based asset management principles to enable our Delivery Programmes to provide the most efficient service-based outcomes for our clients.
- Supporting clients and colleagues with the development and delivery of programmes, projects, technical outputs, and measurable benefits.
- Identifying wider improvement opportunities for clients to reduce risk and improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Building internal and external relationships to influence client’s strategic thinking and raise the profile of our Asset Advisory group.
- Mentoring and guiding more junior colleagues (when working as Senior Consultant).
About You
- Prior experience in operations and maintenance activities.
- Involved in improvement or change activities, challenging business outcomes and adding value to clients or other stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong knowledge of asset management policy/strategy and/or operations and maintenance experience, assessing and managing asset management risks, life‑cycle decision‑making, and developing asset management plans.
- Experience in a regulated sector or related sectors (water, energy, buildings/real estate, infrastructure, or facilities management).
- Inquisitive and keen to challenge the norms.
