The Opportunity
Join our 2027 (Autumn) Graduate Programme as a Geospatial (GIS) Consultant in our Bristol office, where you'll be part of a market-leading Community Development discipline. Join our well-established Digital team and help harness the power of data and analytics to deliver innovative solutions for clients across the water sector. As a Graduate GIS Consultant, you'll play an important role in developing our GIS and mapping capabilities, supporting projects that help improve outcomes for communities and the environment. Working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, you'll support the delivery of high-quality GIS analysis, mapping and spatial data services, while building your technical expertise alongside experienced professionals. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, contributing to a wide variety of projects and helping turn complex data into valuable insights. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your GIS skills, gain exposure to industry-leading technologies, and make a meaningful impact from day one.
About The Role
- Develop and maintain web and mobile GIS applications to support project delivery and client needs.
- Collaborate with software developers to create scripts, tools and automated workflows that improve data management and analysis.
- Support the development, management and maintenance of spatial databases and GIS datasets.
- Produce GIS analysis, mapping and visualisations to help deliver insights across a range of water sector projects.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions for clients.

About you
