The Opportunity

About The Role
You will support clients across the UK, working independently and with a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include:
- Water resources option appraisal, environmental assessment, water resources modelling, deployable output assessments and feasibility studies.
- Development of regulatory submissions and support for client engagement, programme delivery.
- Leading strategic projects and delivering results across disciplines.
Your Impact
Through your work you will shape how water resources are planned and delivered across the UK, contributing to long‑term resilience, environmental outcomes and sustainable management of water supplies.
About You
Experience in the water industry from consultancy, water company, regulatory body or related organisation. You should have:
- Expertise in water resources planning inclusive of hydrology, water resources modelling, environmental assessment, water quality, catchment management, drought planning, strategic planning and water company planning functions.
- Experience supporting Water Resource Management Plans (WRMPs), Drought Plans, Strategic Resource Options (SROs), RAPID programmes, regional planning studies, environmental assessments or wider resilience programmes.
- Strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to interpret technical information, analyse data and contribute to evidence‑based decision making.
