The Opportunity
Multiple Locations – London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh. We are inviting Expressions of Interest from Electrical & Mechanical Engineers at all career stages, from early‑career professionals through to Senior and Principal level specialists, to join our dynamic and growing Defence team across the UK. We have built our pipeline of work to span a diverse range of sectors, from healthcare, education, commercial, residential, industrial, and are now looking to expand our Defence sector to continue providing variety that keeps us interested and constantly learning and evolving. Our MEP Building Services team in the UK is at the forefront of sustainable and high‑performance building design, and we have a strong track record of exciting projects across the country.
About You
We are seeking Electrical and Mechanical Design Engineers to support and/or lead multidisciplinary (MEP) engineering projects in Defence from start to finish, positively engaging with the client and supporting them in achieving their goals. Our team leads will support you to lead all aspects of the project, including project team, deliverables, resourcing, programme and budget, to deliver high‑quality outputs for our clients. We are excited to see you develop and oversee design solutions and want you to champion an inclusive, supportive culture that works closely and collaboratively, both internally and with external design teams.
Requirements
- A relevant qualification (HNC, HND, Bachelor's, or Master's).
- A proven background in Building Services design within the Defence sector.
- Current or ability to obtain SC clearance.
- Proficiency with BIM processes, including Revit.
