The Opportunity
Itâs an exciting time to join our MEP team! We have a proven track record working within London, on projects in the defence, data centre, healthcare, and heritage/refurbishment sectors. Our team of 40 engineers, graduates and apprentices continues to grow, and we have ambitious plans to expand the sectors we work in and our earlyâcareers training programme. As a leader within the team, you will benefit from the expertise of our 150âperson London office spanning 10 disciplines and our wellâestablished local relationships. Our office has great travel links and is walking distance from Southwark, London Bridge, and Borough train stations.
Responsibilities
- Be a proâactive member of the MEP leadership team, overseeing the dayâtoâday running of the mechanical team and managing multidisciplinary projects across a number of building sectors.
- Maintain and develop external relationships with clients and take responsibility for the commercial performance of projects, including negotiating additional fees and facilitating new and continued work.
- Act as a role model within the MEP team, ensuring projects are delivered to a ârightâfirstâtimeâ approach, ensuring appropriate quality management procedures are in place and are adhered to.

We are looking for a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record of managing profitable UK building services projects. You are an experienced leader who excels at recruitment, performance management, and fostering team wellbeing. With strong commercial acumen and a confident communication style, you can navigate complex stakeholder environmentsâfrom architects to contractorsâwhile maintaining a sound technical grasp of BIM, Revit, and IES.
