We are currently seeking an Administrator to join us in our Edinburgh Capital Square office. We offer a welcoming environment, a strong learning culture, and an important role supporting our national functional teams that assist almost 4,000 engineers, planners and scientists nationwide.
In this role you will provide general administrative support to technical teams, helping them manage changing deadlines and diary entries using Microsoft Outlook. Daily responsibilities include:
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing agendas
- Taking and distributing minutes
- Arranging conference room facilities
- Coordinating travel and accommodation for colleagues at all levels
- Organising office events
- Preparing and formatting documents using the Microsoft Office suite
- Maintaining filing and archiving systems

- Previous experience working in a busy office environment
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- High degree of self‑management, initiative, reliability and flexibility
