About the Role

As part of the Business Improvement and Transformation team, and reporting to a Senior Principal Consultant or Technical Director, you will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to deliver impactful change initiatives across a range of projects. By using data-driven insights and end-to-end process mapping, you will identify and plan the approach to leading and supporting people through improvement programmes designed to enhance performance and efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand the impact of proposed changes, mapping stakeholder landscapes and creating tailored communication and engagement strategies that support successful adoption. Through facilitating workshops and encouraging collaboration, you will help build alignment and maintain momentum across teams. Taking ownership of change initiatives, you will plan and deliver engagement, communications and collaboration to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards, ensuring alignment with wider organisational objectives. From initial planning through to embedding new ways of working, you will help ensure that change is effectively implemented and sustained. Alongside delivery, you will also capture and communicate the impact of transformation efforts, producing reports and case studies that demonstrate value and support continuous improvement across the organisation.

  • Strong project management capability from initiation through to delivery
  • A solid understanding of operational business processes

Desirable:

  • Change management certifications (e.g. APMG, Prosci)
  • Programme Management and Benefits Management Experience in practice
