As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of client-facing workstreams focused on programme mobilisation, governance, PMO and delivery improvement. You will work across a range of complex capital investment portfolios, providing practical, insight-led advice to help clients improve programme performance.
- Leading programme management, PMO or governance workstreams on major capital programmes
- Designing and embedding governance, controls, reporting and assurance frameworks tailored to client needs
- Providing informed challenge and practical advice on planning, risk, issues, dependencies and change management
- Supporting senior client stakeholders through performance reporting, decision-making materials and governance forums
- Mobilising and improving PMO capability, including ways of working, controls maturity and management information
- Contributing to proposals, client presentations, thought leadership and wider business development activity
- Supporting and developing junior colleagues within the team
In this role, you will directly influence the successful delivery of some of the UK’s most significant energy investment programmes.

- Increase confidence in programme performance and outcomes
- Build sustainable PMO and programme management capability
You will have relevant experience in programme management, PMO, project controls or capital delivery, gained within a consultancy environment or working on large-scale infrastructure programmes. You will hold a degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Business Management, Engineering, Science or Technology.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and balancing multiple priorities
- Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly in producing reports, presentations and decision-support materials
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a desire to take on meaningful responsibility
