We are interested in speaking with skilled Revit-focused BIM Modellers to join our growing Digital Engineering team talent pool for future opportunities. Working within a team in energy of 6, supporting the delivery of high-quality, coordinated 3D models across complex Energy and Resources projects. These include Hydropower & Dams, Transmission & Distribution, and Renewable, Waste & Generation developments.
Reporting to the Digital Delivery Lead, this role will play a key part in producing accurate, data-rich digital models, with a strong emphasis on Autodesk Revit as the primary authoring platform, ensuring consistency, coordination, and compliance across multidisciplinary design teams.
About the Role
As a BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing detailed Revit models throughout the project lifecycle. You will support multiple engineering disciplines including Civil, Structural, Hydraulic, and MEP by producing coordinated models and extracting high-quality documentation directly from Revit.
You will apply structured BIM methodologies, ensuring alignment with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), modelling standards, and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows. While Revit will be your core tool, you will also collaborate with teams using Civil 3D and other platforms to ensure fully integrated project delivery.
A key aspect of the role is maintaining model integrity, improving coordination efficiency, and supporting model federation through OpenBIM and IFC workflows.
Your Impact
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, coordinated Revit models that support effective design development and successful construction outcomes across high-profile infrastructure projects that are transforming and enhancing the energy landscape. By producing accurate drawings, schedules, and quantities directly from your models, you will drive greater efficiency and reduce rework, contributing to the successful delivery of complex energy initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with BIM standards, naming conventions, and structured data requirements, you will enable consistent, reliable digital delivery across all project stages. Working collaboratively across disciplines, you will strengthen coordination by integrating Revit models with external data sources such as survey, GIS, and federated models—proactively identifying and resolving clashes before they impact delivery.
You will also support digital project success through model validation, quality assurance processes, and compliant information handover, ensuring projects meet both client expectations and industry standards. Leveraging Revit, parametric design, and tools such as Dynamo, you will continuously enhance modelling efficiency while contributing to the ongoing improvement of BIM standards, templates, and best practices—helping shape the future of digital engineering in the energy sector.
About You
You are a detail-driven BIM professional with a strong technical foundation in Autodesk Revit modelling and a passion for digital engineering. You will bring:
- Proven experience in Revit-based BIM modelling within engineering, infrastructure, or construction environments
- Strong capability in creating and managing parametric Revit families, views, and documentation outputs
- Solid understanding of BIM processes, coordination workflows, and model data management
- Experience working in multidisciplinary environments with a focus on model coordination and integration
- Familiarity with clash detection tools such as Navisworks or Revizto
- Experience working within a Common Data Environment (CDE) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, or Aconex
- A proactive approach to quality assurance, with strong attention to detail in model production
