Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Electrical Engineer in our Leeds office, where you will be part of a market-leading Buildings discipline.

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you’ll join a collaborative and growing MEP team where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. You'll be part of a close-knit Leeds team of 15, supported by a regional network of 20 professionals and backed by a national team of over 200 experts. This structure offers the perfect balance of local team support, regional collaboration, and access to national expertise, providing excellent opportunities for learning, development, and career progression.

You'll support the delivery of a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors, including retail, manufacturing, logistics, education, healthcare, leisure, and heritage projects.

As part of the MEP team, you'll support the design and delivery of building services projects from concept through to completion. Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing engineering calculations
  • Producing and reviewing technical reports
  • Developing design drawings and specifications
  • Assisting with the coordination of multidisciplinary project information

We are committed to supporting employees in achieving relevant professional qualifications and accreditation. The applicable professional qualification for this role is IEng or CEng status.

This role will help create high-quality, sustainable and resilient buildings that deliver positive outcomes for communities and the environment. Working across a range of projects, you will support the design and delivery of safe, efficient and future-ready buildings, helping clients reduce environmental impact, enhance building performance and create spaces that improve the wellbeing of those who use them. Your work will contribute to sustainable development goals, support the efficient use of resources, and help deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of both clients and local communities.
