Your role:

We are seeking a Graduate Hydrologist to join our office in Bristol on the 2026 graduate programme, as part of our market-leading Environmental Services group. This group supports clients across environmental, geotechnical, and water disciplines, working with industry and water companies throughout the UK, and occasionally overseas.

You will join a friendly team of over 25 Hydrologists, contributing to high-quality projects and applying digital modelling skills to real-world challenges. These projects include enhancing the resilience of the public water supply, with opportunities to contribute to flood risk alleviation, sustainable drainage schemes and nature-based solutions.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a wide range of our core services, including:

  • Water resources
  • Groundwater modelling
  • River and coastal modelling
  • Flood risk assessments
  • Drought analysis
  • Climate change assessments
  • Hydrogeological impact assessments
  • Catchment management

About you:
