At Stantec, you’ll join our Civil & Structural Engineering team in Glasgow or Edinburgh, working across a diverse portfolio of projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This is an opportunity to take ownership of outputs, support team development, and play a visible role in how projects are delivered.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will take a leading role in the production and coordination of structural models, drawings, and schedules across a range of projects, ensuring outputs are accurate, coordinated, and delivered to programme. You’ll work closely with engineers and other disciplines to maintain consistency across designs and support the integration of technical information throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll also contribute to site-related activities, including inspections, surveys, and reporting, helping to ensure designs are practical and aligned with construction requirements. Alongside technical delivery, you’ll support and guide the technician team—allocating work, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to capability development.
