Your role: We are looking for a Graduate Sustainability Consultant to be based in Belfast , joining our 2025 Graduate Programme.
Having moved to a new office in Belfast, there has never been a better time to join us.

Stantec UK has a market-leading Environmental Services (ES) group, supporting clients across their environmental, geotechnical and water disciplines.
Within our ES group, we are seeking Graduate Net Zero, Climate Change and Sustainability consultants to join our team, who are passionate about climate change, the Net Zero challenge, social value and wider sustainability.
You will learn to provide practical solutions to our clients that integrate different disciplines and perspectives, in ways that bring real and lasting benefits to communities and the environment.
You will be involved in; Undertaking carbon footprinting and developing low carbon solutions in support of our clients Net Zero plans.
Sustainability appraisal, natural capital and social value assessments.
Conducting climate change risk assessments and developing adaptation plans and strategies.
Developing digital approaches to embed sustainability into our wider engineering and environmental services.
Providing support on wider sustainability and resource efficiency projects We will help you to engage with the latest climate change/sustainability legislation, policy and guidance as well as to develop your capabilities in Sustainability and Carbon Consulting.
As a member of our team, you’ll work closely with experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge.
We’ll provide you with opportunities to learn and grow, while you help us deliver successful projects for our clients.
