Your role: We are looking for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer for our Water team in our Belfast office, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme. As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your hydrogeological expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment. The Opportunity You will join a friendly team, contributing to high-quality projects and applying your skills to real-world challenges. This team provides geo-environmental and geotechnical expertise, collaborating on water company projects, infrastructure development, and community initiatives. Working within multidisciplinary teams, we contribute from initial design stages through construction. Joining our experienced team, you\’ll analyse geotechnical data, create ground models, and design and report on foundations, retaining walls, soil and rock slope stability, and earthworks. You\’ll also utilise numerical analysis software and collaborate with other technical specialists on multidisciplinary design and construction projects.
