Depending on your experience and aspirations, future opportunities could involve:
- Delivering Electrical or Mechanical Building Services designs across various projects of varying scale and complexity.
- Leading multidisciplinary MEP projects from concept through to completion.
- Managing project teams, resources, programmes, and budgets to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and wider design teams to develop integrated engineering solutions.
- Championing innovation, sustainability, and best practice in building services design.
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers while supporting the growth of the wider team.
- Contributing to the continued expansion and success of our business.
About You:
- Relevant qualification such as HNC, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline.
- Experience delivering Mechanical or Electrical Building Services design projects within the UK.
- Knowledge and experience of BIM processes and digital design tools, including Revit.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment.
- Most importantly, we’re looking for engineers who are passionate about solving complex challenges and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
