We're continuing to grow our Town Planning teams across the UK and are keen to connect with talented planning professionals at a range of levels, from Planner and Senior Planner through to Associate, Associate Director and Director level. Our Planning teams are based across Bristol, Taunton, Cardiff, Birmingham, Reading, Kings Hill, London, Cambridge, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow, offering opportunities to work on projects at a local, regional and national scale.

Our teams work across a diverse portfolio, including:

  • Residential and mixed-use development.
  • Strategic planning and new settlements.
  • Commercial and employment-led development.
  • Energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Urban regeneration and development.
  • Planning strategy, applications and appeals.

About You: We're looking for passionate and commercially aware Town Planners who want to make a positive impact through their work and develop their careers within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You'll have experience in some of the following areas:

  • Chartered MRTPI status or working towards chartership.
  • Proven planning experience within a consultancy, private sector or public sector environment.
  • Preparing, submitting and negotiating planning applications across a variety of scales and project types.
  • Experience across residential, mixed-use, strategic, commercial and/or energy projects.
  • Coordinating internal and external project teams and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing commercially focused planning advice.
  • For more senior roles, experience of planning appeals and appearing at informal hearings is advantageous.
  • Local knowledge and experience of working within the region you're interested in joining is beneficial, although relocators are very welcome to apply.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car would be advantageous for some roles.
