Expression of Interest to join Stantec as a Programme Manager within our Water sector. This role may be based from our offices in London, High Wycombe, Reading or Oxford, with hybrid working arrangements that support a healthy work‐life balance. Responsibilities
- Manage benefits, costs and commercial aspects of programmes, ensuring financial efficiency and value.
- Lead projects and programmes from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
- Report performance metrics with a sharp eye for detail, maintaining accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Drive continuous learning, innovation and improvement, fostering a culture of coaching, safety and accountability.
- Conduct independent research and synthesis of information to develop strategies, resolve conflicts and prioritise solutions that drive project success and stakeholder alignment.
- Assess risks, provide recommendations and facilitate effective stakeholder engagement to support informed decision‐making and team empowerment.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience as a programme manager, project manager or PMO.
- Experience in the water sector preferred but not essential.
- For senior applicants, a demonstrable track record of leading and managing teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Industry recognised qualification such as APM or MSP.
