Responsibilities:
- Leading the preparation of complex desk studies and interpretative geotechnical reports for a variety of ground conditions across the UK and Ireland.
- Undertaking and overseeing the analysis of sophisticated geotechnical structures, ensuring resilience and efficiency are built in.
- Working seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to provide actionable ground risk intelligence to clients and contractors.
- Supporting the growth of our graduate and junior engineers, sharing your expertise to maintain our high standards of technical excellence.
- Utilising advanced data tools and digital workflows to streamline ground investigation and design processes.
Qualifications:
- You are a technically curious engineer who holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
- As a Senior member of the team, you are a Chartered member of a relevant institution, such as the ICE or the Geological Society, or you are in the very final stages of achieving this status.
- Your professional background includes extensive experience in preparing complex desk studies, conducting site inspections, authoring detailed interpretative geotechnical reports, and undertaking the analysis of sophisticated geotechnical structures.
- You bring a passion for delivering quality, nature‑positive solutions and thrive in an environment where digital innovation and sustainability are the default settings.
