As a Design Manager, you won't just be drawing up plans; you'll be leading them. Responsibilities
- Lead a talented team to deliver impactful water projects, from concept through detailed design.
- Work on award‑winning initiatives across clean water, wastewater, flood risk and urban drainage.
- Influence the future of the industry by partnering with major clients across the UK.
- Act as the technical lead with the Project Manager to deliver best value and service excellence, overseeing all aspects of delivery and coordinating multidisciplinary collaboration both internally and externally.
- Plan and lead the technical delivery of projects, collaborating closely with clients and guiding the multidisciplinary team every step of the way.
- Leverage the world‑class global network of experts to deliver leading‑edge designs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experienced Engineer with strong technical expertise in Civils, Mechanical, Electrical, Process or another relevant discipline.
- Chartered with a relevant engineering institution preferred; support is available to achieve this.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and handling multiple projects and stakeholders; previous experience on major projects highly desirable.
