Lead a talented team to deliver impactful water projects, from initial concept to detailed design. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment where new ideas are welcomed. Work on award-winning initiatives and be involved in a variety of projects across clean water, wastewater, flood risk, and urban drainage. Influence the future of the industry by partnering with major clients across the UK. Act as the technical lead working alongside the Project Manager to ensure we deliver best value and service excellence. Oversee delivery of design & build projects, detailed design delivery, and owners engineer services, requiring complex multi-disciplinary collaboration internally and externally. Plan and lead the technical delivery of projects, collaborating closely with clients and guiding your multidisciplinary team every step of the way. About You
- Experienced Engineer with strong technical expertise in Civils, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or other relevant discipline.
- Ideally chartered with a relevant engineering institution; support can be given to achieve this if required.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Previous experience of major projects is highly desirable.
- Passion for solving engineering problems, ability to lead and inspire, and confidence to drive through challenging solutions.
