As a Principal Process Engineer, you will lead multidisciplinary project teams and guide the delivery of innovative, efficient and sustainable engineering solutions. You will work closely with global experts, applying your technical knowledge to solve complex challenges and support clients across the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical leadership across multi-disciplinary project teams
- Leading digital delivery strategies, from process modelling and mass balances to P&IDs
- Using appropriate software tools to develop solutions and ensure successful project outcomes
- Managing project scope, risk, budgets and team performance
- Mentoring and coaching process engineers to support their professional growth
- Supporting safe design practices and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in HSE
- Collaborating with clients both on-site and remotely to ensure alignment and successful delivery

Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline, with experience in the energy, water, or broader process industries. Experience across both would be highly valued. You must also be a member of a relevant engineering institution such as IChemE.
