The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 € per year.
You will support the delivery of fire engineering strategies across a diverse portfolio of projects, working from concept through to construction and handover. This includes both performance-based and code-compliant design, ensuring solutions are technically sound, coordinated, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
You'll contribute to technical delivery across projects, supporting modelling inputs, coordinating with other disciplines, and maintaining quality across outputs. As your role develops, you'll take on increased responsibility in leading projects and guiding design decisions. You'll work closely with clients and stakeholders, supporting meetings, technical discussions, and project coordination.
Alongside delivery, you'll contribute to business development activities, including supporting bids and identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships. Internally, you'll support the development of junior engineers, sharing knowledge, mentoring, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
You’ll contribute to the design and delivery of buildings that are safer, more resilient, and aligned with evolving fire safety requirements. Your work will support clients in navigating complex regulatory and technical challenges, helping to deliver solutions that are practical and effective. Internally, your impact will be seen in the development of team capability. By supporting others and contributing to technical standards, you’ll help strengthen the overall quality and consistency of delivery while continuing to build your own leadership experience.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering fire engineering strategies for complex buildings
- Confident communicator, able to present technical information clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Experience working within a consultancy environment on multidisciplinary projects
- Interested in contributing to business development and client engagement
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working toward chartership with IFE or equivalent
