About the Role

We are seeking Electrical and Mechanical Design Engineers to support and/or lead multidisciplinary (MEP) engineering projects in Defence from start to finish, positively engaging with the client and supporting them in achieving their goals. Our team leads will support you to lead all aspects of the project, including project team, deliverables, resourcing, programme and budget, to deliver high‑quality outputs for our clients. We are excited to see you develop and oversee design solutions and want you to champion an inclusive, supportive culture that works closely and collaboratively, both internally and with external design teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary MEP engineering projects in Defence from start to finish.
  • Engage positively with the client and support their objectives.
  • Lead all aspects of the project including team, deliverables, resourcing, programme and budget to deliver high‑quality outputs.
  • Develop, oversee and champion design solutions and an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

  • A relevant qualification (HNC, HND, Bachelor's, or Master's).
  • A proven background in Building Services design within the Defence sector.
  • Current or ability to obtain SC clearance.
  • Proficiency with BIM processes, including Revit.
