As we navigate 2026, Stantec’s Environmental Services Team continues to redefine the intersection of infrastructure and the natural environment. We are looking for a driven Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our ambitious regional teams across the UK and Ireland—collaborative groups of like-minded professionals who love to challenge conventional thinking and meet unprecedented industry-wide efficiency targets. This is a milestone year for us as the AMP8 water investment cycle reaches its peak.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our major infrastructure programmes for key clients such as United Utilities, Yorkshire Water, Northumbrian Water, Dŵr Cymru (Welsh Water), and South West Water. Beyond the water sector, our regional hubs are increasingly diversified, offering you the chance to apply your expertise to the energy transition, coastal resilience, and large-scale community developments.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary engineering and design teams, providing high-level technical advice to contractors and ensuring that geotechnical excellence is at the heart of our delivery.
