Stantec is seeking a Senior UX Consultant to lead user-centred discovery and experience design across services, systems and processes. You will work with stakeholders, business analysts, architects and technical teams to understand how users interact with services and translate insights into personas, journeys and service blueprints. You will conduct interviews, workshops and contextual inquiry to shape future-state solutions, ensuring usability, accessibility and adoption are integral to design.
