- Supporting and developing junior colleagues within the team
You will work as part of a collaborative programme management team delivering across key frameworks and commissions, with opportunities to broaden your experience across our wider Advisory service lines.

You will hold a degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Business Management, Engineering, Science or Technology.
You are analytical, commercially aware and delivery‑focused, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex programme environments. You can confidently engage with senior stakeholders, facilitate discussions and clearly communicate insights and recommendations through high‑quality written and visual materials.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and balancing multiple priorities
- Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly in producing reports, presentations and decision‑support materials
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a desire to take on meaningful responsibility
