As we continue to expand our presence within the Defence sector, we are keen to connect with talented Electrical and Mechanical Engineers at all career stages, from early-career professionals through to Senior and Principal level specialists. As part of our growing Defence team, you’ll collaborate with highly skilled engineers, designers, and project specialists, delivering critical infrastructure and facilities that support national security and operational resilience. Our Building Services portfolio spans a diverse range of sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Residential, and Industrial developments. Future Opportunities Could Involve:

  • Delivering Electrical or Mechanical Building Services designs across Defence projects of varying scale and complexity.
  • Leading multidisciplinary MEP projects from concept through to completion.
  • Managing project teams, resources, programmes, and budgets to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and wider design teams to develop integrated engineering solutions.
  • Championing innovation, sustainability, and best practice in building services design.
  • Mentoring and developing junior engineers while supporting the growth of the wider team.
  • Contributing to the continued expansion and success of our Defence business.

About You:

  • Relevant qualification such as HNC, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline.
  • Experience delivering Mechanical or Electrical Building Services design projects within the Defence sector.
  • Current Security Clearance (SC) or the ability to obtain SC clearance.
  • Knowledge and experience of BIM processes and digital design tools, including Revit.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment.
  • Most importantly, we’re looking for engineers who are passionate about solving complex challenges and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
