We are looking to appoint a Senior Urban Drainage Modeller in Leeds, Manchester or Warrington. You will be working as part of an interdisciplinary team across Stantec, collaborating to deliver projects throughout the UK & Ireland. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative team of modellers focused on sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for wastewater modelling projects.
- Develop and deliver innovative technical solutions across Stormwater Overflows, Water Quality Management, Developer Assessments, Flood Investigations & more.
- Work with specialist teams to develop new tools & procedures within Wastewater Modelling, enabling us to deliver expert solutions to clients.
- Plan & coordinate project delivery, including the preparation of cost estimates.
- Line manage more junior team members, including mentorship and supervision of technical outputs.
Qualifications
- Experienced Wastewater Modellers, educated to degree level or equivalent, with membership to a relevant industry institution such as ICE or CIWEM.
- Ideally have previous experience leading projects in an urban drainage environment and strong technical experience covering a wide range of urban drainage modelling activities.
- Proficiency in Infoworks ICM and a strong analytical skill set are essential.
