You will join our Waste & Generation team, working across a diverse portfolio that includes conventional EfW plants, district heating networks, gasification schemes, hydrogen generation projects, and multiple biogas facilities. This is your opportunity to help shape the engineering solutions that will power a more sustainable future.

The Role

As a Principal Process Engineer, you will lead multidisciplinary project teams and guide the delivery of innovative, efficient and sustainable engineering solutions. You will work closely with global experts, applying your technical knowledge to solve complex challenges and support clients across the full project lifecycle.

You will guide teams through complex engineering challenges, ensuring that designs are safe, efficient and future‑ready. Your leadership will help elevate the capability of our process engineering community – supporting the next generation of engineers as they grow into world‑class specialists.

In a sector where innovation and sustainability are essential, your impact will extend far beyond individual projects, contributing to the wider transformation of the energy landscape.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be degree‑qualified (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline, with experience in the energy, water, or broader process industries. Experience across both would be highly valued. You must also be a member of a relevant engineering institution such as IChemE.

You will bring:
