We’re looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to be based in our Plymouth office, joining our 2025 or 2026 Graduate Programme.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our progressive, award-winning Mechanical & Electrical Engineering team delivering sustainable projects for our communities, planet and society.

As a team which specialises in the delivery of building services, energy and sustainability services, we offer a fresh approach by getting involved early, working collaboratively with the design team, guiding design development and using our expertise to help clients make key decisions – an approach that always results in a building that delivers.

Responsibilities

  • Working on live projects from the start in a variety of sectors from healthcare to education
  • Electrical services design and calculations using the latest computer modelling software Dialux, Relux and Electrical OM
  • Working with supervisors on scheme design concepts
  • Using Revit and 3D BIM modelling software in design production; design co-ordination with other professional disciplines
  • Producing detailed designs and drawings
  • Input into or development of energy and sustainability strategy
  • Participating in design team and client meetings
  • Undertaking site visits or surveys
  • Researching and implementing new technologies
  • Continuous CPD and learning opportunities
  • Your typical work might include designing and creating Electrical Circuits, Wiring and Lighting
