Future Opportunities Could Involve:

  • Delivering Electrical or Mechanical Building Services designs across Defence projects of varying scale and complexity.
  • Leading multidisciplinary MEP projects from concept through to completion.
  • Managing project teams, resources, programmes, and budgets to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and wider design teams to develop integrated engineering solutions.
  • Championing innovation, sustainability, and best practice in building services design.
  • Mentoring and developing junior engineers while supporting the growth of the wider team.
  • Contributing to the continued expansion and success of our Defence business.

About You:

  • Relevant qualification such as HNC, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline.
  • Experience delivering Mechanical or Electrical Building Services design projects within the Defence sector.
  • Current Security Clearance (SC) or the ability to obtain SC clearance.
  • Knowledge and experience of BIM processes and digital design tools, including Revit.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment.
  • Most importantly, we’re looking for engineers who are passionate about solving complex challenges and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
