Working alongside regional leadership, you’ll act as a key technical voice within transport planning and engineering, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects that improve connectivity, accessibility, and infrastructure performance. Join us and play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of high-impact transport planning and engineering projects, helping to shape better-connected, more sustainable places across the UK and beyond. No two projects are the same, and your work will directly influence how people move, live, and work, while supporting the continued growth of the business.
About You: We’re looking for an experienced and confident transport professional with a strong consultancy background. Ideally, you will have:
- A degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Chartered status or working towards (CIHT, ICE, TPS or equivalent)
- Proven experience in transport assessments, modelling, and scheme development
- Strong understanding of development planning and highway design principles
- Experience producing transport statements, strategies, and feasibility studies
- Confidence leading technical delivery and managing stakeholder relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
