Examinations and Data Officer
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the effective planning, organisation and delivery of all internal and external examinations. You will ensure examinations run smoothly and in full compliance with JCQ regulations, creating the best possible environment for students to perform at their best. You will oversee exam timetabling, manage secure materials, coordinate invigilators, and act as the key point of contact for all examination‑related matters.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will produce high‑quality performance reports and support the tracking and achievement of student outcomes. It will be your responsibility to ensure accurate data is produced to set timescales which contains insightful information that supports whole‑school improvement. You will be confident in using the school’s MIS system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, accurate and reliable data to the Leadership Team
- Ensure the smooth, secure and compliant delivery of all internal and external examinations
- Oversee exam timetabling, manage secure materials and act as the key contact for all examination‑related matters
- Work with data systems (such as Sisra and Arbor)
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- The ability to prioritise workload and work calmly under pressure
- Confidence using IT systems and working with data
- High levels of accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality

Pay: Scale 6, SCP 18 - 22, starting salary £28,668.
