We have an exciting opportunity for a Fabricator Welder to join Stannah, based at Newburn. This job will involve joining and fabricating metal components using MAG welding techniques, working from technical drawings provided by our in-house Rail Design Team. You'll ensure each product meets quality standards and is delivered with a "Right First Time" approach. As the Fabricator Welder, you will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 06:15 to 16:00. This job is a permanent contract.

Fabricator Welder Responsibilities:

  • Complete welding and fabrication jobs within the required specification
  • Read and interpret detailed product drawings
  • Deliver high-quality work that meets QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Follow Works Instructions and health and safety protocols

Fabricator Welder Requirements:

  • Experience in MAG welding and fabrication
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • Skilled in polishing and cosmetic finishing using hand air tools
  • Understanding of working to fine tolerances and digital bevel gauges
