Job Description
Are you an experienced Administrator ready for your next challenge? Warrington Service Branch has an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join their team as a Repairs Coordinator. You will collaborate closely with managers to assist in overseeing engineers and subcontractors, supporting the field management team in achieving the branch's objectives for major and minor repairs, ensuring targets, goals, and deadlines are met. Your role will encompass all aspects of project delivery, including health and safety, workforce coordination, and customer service.
It is essential to have previous administration experience within a busy office environment. You will have the ability to plan, prioritise workloads, and are capable of interpreting and reporting accurate data. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with our customers across all levels of the organisation, taking ownership of queries through to resolution.
Working hours: 08:00 - 16:45 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 15:45 Friday
Repair Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, allocation, and safety compliance for repair work, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Ensure proper use of compliance processes, PPE adherence, and organise engineers’ equipment and documentation.
- Attend site meetings, write reports, and alert the Field Repair Manager to potential issues or delays.
- Oversee the completion of repair works, manage payment milestones, invoicing, and procurement of materials.
- Investigate accidents/near-misses, prepare contract variation quotes, and handle any additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
NVQ in Administration is desirable or previous proven experience.
