Production Operative Jobs in Andover at Stannahs Dedicated Homelift Business – Join Our Team!
We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join Stannah’s dedicated Homelift Business, based at Andover.
Working solo and collaboratively in a team of Production Operatives, the role entails the completion of sub assembly parts for completed stock to fulfil packed lift requirements.
Attention to detail and a keen eye on quality standards essential to ensure all assemblies are produced in line with engineering documentation and to the required quality standards.
H&S is key to this role, ensuring the work area is safe at all times.
As the Production Operative, you will work 37 hours, 06:00-14:30 Monday to Thursday 06:00-11:00 Friday. This job is a permanent contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is quality driven with an attention to detail within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
To be successful as the Production Operative, it is essential that you have previous experience working to detailed engineering drawings, use of basic hand tools and a good understanding of Kan Ban stock systems.
Production Operative Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Quality and Manufacturing teams to embed quality, safety and compliance in all processes.
- Ensure Manufacturing Orders are completed in line with documentation and on time.
- Movement of completed assemblies and stock to lines.
- Embrace 5S to work in a clean, tidy and organised environment.
