We also provide maintenance and repair services.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Co-Ordinator to join the Operations Department, based at the Audenshaw depot. This role plays a key part in providing an efficient planning and administration service, supporting the distribution, installation, and removal of new and reconditioned stairlifts across both local authority and private customers throughout the UK.

As the Planning Co-Ordinator, you will work 37 hours, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00 - 17:00. This position is offered on a permanent contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate distribution, installation, and removal activity for allocated depots
  • Contact customers to arrange installations and removals, providing a professional and empathetic service
  • Schedule jobs for installers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient completion
  • Liaise with Local Authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams to support job delivery
  • Maintain accurate records across company systems and support continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or operational administration
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Confident IT skills with good numerical and written ability
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
