As the Network Rail Department Manager, you will be responsible for developing and agreeing on the strategy, setting clear objectives, and closely monitoring performance to ensure Stannah consistently meets its contractual obligations and achieves its broader business goals. This role involves regular collaboration with branch network managers across the national portfolio to ensure consistency in service delivery and the attainment of key targets, fostering a cohesive approach to KPI delivery and customer satisfaction. This job requires an energetic and experienced manager capable of ensuring continued business success and growth. Experience within the lift industry is not essential.
Network Rail Department Manager Responsibilities:- Oversee contract profitability (P&L), monitor performance, and develop action plans to meet obligations and drive improvement.
- Define and deliver the business plan with clear, measurable objectives for the team and individuals, while leading, developing motivating Key Account Managers and support staff.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers to ensure exceptional customer service and manage key relationships for target adherence and growth.
- Ensure smooth contract mobilization and develop account growth strategies in partnership with customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client communication, representing branch interests and maximizing contract potential across the business.
- Proven track record in service management within a comparable industry.
