Job Title: Contact Centre Team Leader (Out of Hours)
Location: Dartford, UK
Hours: 30 hours a week, evening, night and weekend shifts on a rota basis.
Overview
Manage a small team supporting service branches and customers outside regular hours. Resolve technical queries, sales enquiries, and general administration tasks as part of a 24/7 support service.
Responsibilities
- Support the team to deliver service professionally with pride.
- Overall team management, monitoring attendance and performance.
- Conduct regular reviews, identify training and development needs.
- Maintain communication with customers and resolve complaints.
- Ensure activities are scheduled to ensure services are delivered effectively.
- Attend regular meetings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a contact centre team in a similar environment.
- NVQ Level 3 in Management or equivalent (desirable).
- NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service or equivalent (desirable).
- Ability to adapt to various situations and foster positive relationships.
