We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Material Replenishment Coordinator to join Stannah Stairlift, based at Watt Close and surrounding areas. This role will involve providing a vital support service across the manufacturing operation, working closely with Purchasing and Operations teams to minimise downtime. You will ensure all materials and components are ordered, delivered, booked in, and available at point of use to keep production running efficiently. As a Senior Material Replenishment Coordinator, you will work 42 hours a week, 07:00 - 16:45 Monday - Thursday, 07:00 - 12:00 Friday on a permanent contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong inventory, materials handling, or manufacturing experience looking to take the next step within a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift trucks safely, carrying out daily checks and reporting faults.
- Manage deliveries, ensuring all goods are checked, booked in, and distributed appropriately.
- Monitor and order materials to maintain optimal stock levels across production cells.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, invoice queries, and returns.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across inventory control and material flow.
- Carry out perpetual inventory (PI) counts and support annual stock takes.
- Respond quickly to stock shortages to minimise production downtime.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the yard and storage areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a stores, inventory, or material replenishment role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
