Join Our Team! We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join Stannah, based at Andover. This job will involve a mix of warehouse and forklift operations, including loading/unloading lorries, picking and scanning orders, and ensuring dispatch accuracy. You'll play a key role in meeting daily operational targets, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

As the Warehouse Operative, you will work Monday to Thursday 11:15 until 19:30 and Friday 08:30 until 15:00. This job is a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, proactive, and keen to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Warehouse Operative Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload lorries using forklift equipment
  • Pick and scan customer orders using barcode devices
  • Accurately check and pack contracts for dispatch
  • Operate both Counterbalance and Aisle Master forklifts
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols
Warehouse Operative Requirements:
  • Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance and/or Aisle Master) - Essential
  • Experience in loading/unloading lorries with a forklift
  • Familiarity with barcode scanning equipment
  • Strong understanding of health and safety practices
  • Ability to manage workload and meet daily targets
