As the Technical Escalator Manager, you will play a key role in developing a strategic improvement plan that enhances the technical knowledge and skills of both engineers and field management. By fostering a culture of technical excellence, you will ensure that product-specific support documentation and maintenance methodologies are developed and embedded across the team.
