We are looking to recruit a qualified Stairlift Engineer in Southampton. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the lift industry to develop their skills, covering a route across Southampton.

Working Hours: 8:00 – 4.45 Mon to Thursday and 8:00 – 3.45 Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your service route, covering servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of stairlifts, micro‑lifts, and goods lifting equipment.
  • Conduct maintenance, repair, and call‑out visits on various types of Stairlifts and home lifts.
  • Ensure high‑quality service and safety standards.
  • Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards.
  • Participate in our on‑call rota, receiving additional standby allowance and call‑out payment.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2 in Lift Engineering or equivalent preferred, but we will train to the NVQ level 2 for the right candidate.
  • Proven experience as a Stairlift Engineer or Domestic Engineer within the lift industry.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
