We have an exciting career opportunity for a Technical Sales Advisor to join the Stannah Maintenance and Repair Division working at our Dartford Service Branch. The Technical Sales Consultant is to provide quotations and secure orders for minor repair opportunities within our client base. We are looking for an individual who has previous lift experience and experience of sales or business development within a busy office environment, is target driven, and has a well-developed understanding of customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, able to build and develop relationships, and be comfortable interacting across all levels of the organisation.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday - 09:00 to 17:15 and Friday - 09:00 to 16:15
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure sales opportunities by building internal networks and targeting new and existing customers for minor repairs and equipment enhancements.
- Manage a strong sales pipeline to meet targets, ensuring accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and follow-ups for minor repair work.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities, including leads, quotations, meeting notes, and outcomes, using tools like Excel.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates to the Branch Manager.
- Promote safety, quality, and the Stannah brand, while demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and occasional travel within the service area.
Requirements:
- GCSE English Grade C or above is required.
- Lift experience preferable.
