National Contracts Administrator Jobs in Orpington at Stannah - Join Our Team!

Are you a highly organised and customer-focused administrator looking for your next challenge?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to provide an efficient and professional administrative service in support of our National Contracts customers and branch network.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude, and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation.

You will be confident working independently and as part of a team, able to manage competing priorities, make informed decisions when required, and remain calm under pressure.

Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous personal development are essential to succeed in this role.

  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:15 and Friday 09:00 - 16:45

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer and contract data using databases and Excel.
  • Produce reports and monitor progress against customer deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, branches and colleagues.
  • Resolve administrative queries in line with company procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement and comply with company standards.

Requirements

  • GCSE in English and Maths grade C or above.
  • NVQ in Administration (or equivalent) is desirable or proven experience in administration.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
