Apprentice Branch Administrator Jobs in Warrington at Stannah – Join the Team

Are you looking for an Administration apprenticeship? Have you considered a career in Business Administration?

Stannah is looking to recruit an ambitious Apprentice Administrator to join our team based in Warrington.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn and gain valuable experience in a professional environment.

This a great opportunity to earn, whilst you learn and continue your education.

You will receive a starting salary of £17,679 which will be reviewed regularly based on performance.

Working hours will be

Monday to Thursday 9:00 till 17:00 and Friday 9:00 till 16:30.

Apprentice Branch Administrator Role

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule services for engineers.
  • Shadow colleagues to develop skills and knowledge of the Maintenance & Repair Division.
  • Complete coursework and participate in at least 20% off-the-job training.
  • Maintain accuracy in work-related documentation and follow company policies.

Training and Development

  • Duration of 16 - 18months.
  • A mix of practical training, mentoring, and distance education.
  • You will achieve a recognised Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.

Apprentice Branch Administrator Requirements

  • Minimum GCSE Grade 4 - 9 (A-C) in Maths and English.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams).
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
