Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Cell Co-Ordinator to join the Order Fulfilment Department, based at our Andover site. This job will involve taking responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of a fulfilment cell, ensuring health & safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets are met. The successful candidate will also support the Shift Leader and manage departmental activities in their absence.
As the Cell Co-Ordinator, you will work Monday to Thursday 11:15 to 19:30, and Friday 08:30 to 15:00. This is a permanent position. This is a great opportunity for someone with team leadership experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment, looking to take the next step in their career.
To be successful as the Cell Co-Ordinator, it is essential that you have previous experience in coordinating a team within a fast-paced environment.
Cell Coordinator Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the daily operations to Warehouse and Pick and Pack functions, ensuring output meets targets
- Coordinate staffing, holiday approvals, and shift coverage in support of the Shift Leader
- Promote and maintain high standards in health & safety, quality, and housekeeping
- Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives and support process development
- Ensure accurate data management and effective communication with supporting departments
- Aisle Master and Counterbalance Forklift licenses (preferred)
- Experience leading or coordinating a team in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Strong awareness of health & safety and continuous improvement practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
