This role covers routes across key stations in Brackley Service Branch Area, allowing you to work with a diverse range of escalators, lifts, and moving walkways.
Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 7:00-19:00 (12-hour shifts with 45 min lunch break)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Escalator Engineers on maintenance call-out visits and minor and major repairs.
- Complete required training and qualifications in line with stated timescales in company policies.
- Carry out responsibilities in a safe and proper manner for self and for the well-being of others.
- Ensure a high standard of quality, delivery of service, and customer care is maintained.
- Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensure you have essential van stock at all times by liaising with stores person.
Requirements:
- Mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge.
- A good understanding of best-in-class customer service.
- Excellent communication - verbal and written.
- A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
