Your Role
As a Lift Repair Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring lifts run smoothly across Reading and surrounding areas. This hands-on position focuses on:
- Repairs and fault finding
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
- Replacing and upgrading components
- Attending breakdowns and supporting call-outs
- Getting lifts back into service safely and efficiently
- Completing site paperwork and maintaining accurate records
Your Patch
You'll cover a local, structured area with:
- A mix of commercial, residential, and public sites
- No unnecessary long-distance travel
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience as a lift engineer (service/repair)
- A full UK driving licence
