We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Fulfilment Operative to join the team based at Stephenson Close in Andover. The purpose of this role is to pick customer orders/contracts using manual picking methods and scanning items using barcode equipment against a given pick list. As an Order Fulfilment Operative, you will work 37 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 05:30 to 13:30 and Friday 05:30 to 13:00. This is a permanent contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all operations in line with Standard Operating Procedures and required daily targets.
  • Pick, scan, and accurately check customer orders using the barcode equipment provided.
  • Support continuous improvement activities and help identify product and process improvements.
  • Maintain 5S standards and drive actions to achieve out-of-box targets.
  • Work flexibly across the department and be multi-skilled to support other areas when needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices.
  • Willingness to learn and be cross-trained.
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to use own initiative.
